MEMBERSHIP FAQ
- What happens after I join? After you purchase your membership, you will be prompted to create a login password to access the membership club portal. From there, you will receive a welcome email and have immediate access!
- Can I cancel my membership? While we would hate to see you go, you absolutely have the freedom to cancel your membership at anytime you’d like. This can be done through the membership portal. No refunds can be given for previous payments and you will continue to have access to all resources until your monthly membership expires.
- When will I be charged? You will be billed on the day that you sign up. From there, you will be billed monthly, on that same date. For example, if you enroll on the 12th of June you will be billed again on the 12th of July, and so forth.
- Not in the US, can I still join? Yes, no matter where you are located in the world, you are very much welcome to join us. We would love to have you!
